I Want To Be...A Macho Man!

Guys....seriously. You gotta cut it out. You lift a mildly impressive amount of weight at the gym, but let's be honest. You still have gigantic, diabetes II guts. You're NOT that healthy. And while I'm no trainer, even I can see that your form sucks ass.

Stop slamming weights around the gym!!!! We'll get to the grunting another time...again. But if the only way you can put weights down, either dumbbells, plates or on a machine, is to just drop them so that it makes a huge noise, you're either dicks and/or you're using too much weight.
